CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICIES DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is required for ALL appointments.Deposits will go towards your final balance. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULES You have a 24-hour window to make any changes to your appointment online. Changes made outside the 24-hour window will result in the loss of the deposit, and you'll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit online. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING & NO SHOWS If you cancel or reschedule on the same day, or if you do not show up for your appointment without notifying via call or text, your card on file will be charged of 100% of the services booked. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, communicate with me. Arriving late may result in appointment cancellation, and a same day cancellation fee will apply. CARD ON FILE If your card on file is invalid and we areunable to charge you for your due amount. You will no longer be able to book with us until fees are paid.
