Booking & Cancellation Policy • Changes: Please make any changes to your appointment at least 48 hours in advance through our online booking system. • Cancellations/Reschedules: Contact your beauty professional directly for all cancellations or reschedules outside the 48-hour window. Policies may vary by professional. • No-Shows: Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Additional Policies: Individual beauty professionals may have their own policies.
